Stone Temple Youth Green Team
This pocket garden was created with the Historic Stone Temple Green Team on a donated vacant Chicago lot. The team designed the site according to Permaculture Principles and by the end of the summer 2025 received a certification in Permaculture Design.
Malcolm X Memorial Garden
Malcolm X Community College faculty and friends gathered to plant a memorial garden to a beloved and impactful teacher that passed away. Planted September 2025.
Stone Temple Youth Green Team
This Summer 2025, the Historic Stone Temple Church’s Green Team planted a community orchard and a native gravel garden. The Green Team used permaculture design principles when creating their garden. Can’t wait to taste the fruit!
